First Step: Reserve Your Date
Fill out the form below, sharing with us any details about your school, students, and desired services. Together we'll choose a date and time for school photo day and get you secured on our calendar.
Second Step: School Photo Day
We'll provide all the equipment for school photo day and capture each student. We provide a comfortable and fun experience to help your children's personalities shine.
Third Step: Ordering Photos
Parents and families will receive a link to the gallery within two weeks of school photo day. Galleries are available for 14 days where families can order prints or digital downloads from.
Fourth Step: Families Receive Their Prints
Professional photos and print products are delivered to the school a few weeks later. Should parents or families want to order additional products, they can contact me directly.

OUR PHILOSOPHY
How are these school portraits different than standard school photos?
Aside from being a more engaging experience and capturing the true personality of your child, each child will receive 2-5 images in color and black & white and parents will have the option to choose their favorite (or choose them all) to have printed.
We use a crisp and clean white backdrop, professional lighting, and prompts to interact with your little one, yielding an authentic portrait.
We also handle all questions from parents about downloading and ordering photos. There is an order deadline and all prints are ordered by us and delivered directly to the school a few weeks after picture day.
What time of year do you schedule school portraits?
We schedule our portrait shoots any time during the academic school year, during school day hours. It's best to reach out early and reserve your date. We like to give families at least 3 weeks notice to prepare.
Do you provide a class photo?
Class photos, upon request, can be taken during photo day or on another day depending on the class size and ages. A class photo composite is also an option.
Does the school pay you to come take photos?
There is no cost to the school to have us come in and take class photos. Instead, we offer a variety of a-la-carte products to the parents for purchase.
How much do the products cost?
We offer a variety of products from a single image digital download to an 8x10" print or larger canvas wraps.
A price sheet will be included upon gallery delivery but a single image digital download costs $35 and a 4x6" print costs $9. Prices are subject to change.
All prints and canvas wraps are professionally printed and delivered to the school. Products are a la carte, we do not make families purchase packages.
